Controller Job Description
Associates are typically members of a team of workers who collaborate to ensure that a client’s needs are met during a visit or a transaction. They frequently interact with customers, use their people skills to help with sales, create a pleasant and clean environment, and ensure that clients and customers enjoy their experience. Associates are usually the first point of contact for customers. They must be pleasant, friendly, and communicative with customers as they need to listen and assist customers with their needs, explain products and availability, and make sales.
An assistant is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of an office through performing administrative and clerical duties, as well as providing reliable support for managers, staff, and office visitors. An assistant is also known as an administrative assistant, office assistant, personal assistant, or office clerk.
Typical duties of a Controller
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify, manage and report on the company’s risk areas.
• Lead and direct work as necessary for each project.
• Maintain stockroom in an orderly fashion, including sweeping and mopping.
• Interact with clients and internal departments to solve issues.
• Participate in and support the operational activities of a business unit.
• Assist with cross training of department associate on assigned duties.
• Work with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
• Team with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development calls.
• Write and edit memos to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Provide quantitative analysis, modeling, and support to projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in computer engineering, computer science, electronics engineering or engineering or equivalent experience lent Degree.
